Legend’s team has decades of experience involving more than 150 completed transactions, plus deep industry and sector focus in areas including defense, aerospace, security, media, telecom, energy and e-learning.

Legend has structured itself specifically to focus on smaller growth companies that big banks, with their substantial overhead and bureaucracy, serve poorly or not at all. Does the banker:

  • have a disciplined marketing and auction process that creates urgency, competition and confidence among a wide field of potential buyers?
  • understand the industry, and is it able to translate this knowledge of macro and micro trends into “real” value in an exit multiple?
  • know the potential buyer universe - strategic, financial and SPACs — and has the banker dealt with these groups in prior transactions?
  • have a track record in the sector, both in M&A transactions and broadly speaking?

Legend Merchant Group, Inc. has provided information pursuant to a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission rule (11Ac1-6) that requires firms to make publicly available, quarterly reports on the firm’s order routing practices. The report provides information on the routing of “non-directed orders” which is generally defined as any order that the client has not specifically instructed to be routed to a particular venue for execution.

Currently all Legend Merchant Group, Inc. orders are routed through its Clearing Agent RBC Dain Correspondent Services
