Our clearing firm, RBC Dain Correspondent Services (RBC Dain CS), a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of Royal Bank of Canada (NYSE:RY) is responsible for holding securities and cash, settling transactions, collecting dividends, issuing confirmations and looking after the various details incidental to the clearing of our accounts. In conjunction with the foregoing, the securities in your account are insured for US$50 million (the first US$500 thousand of protection which includes up to US$100 thousand of protection for cash, is provided for by SIPC, the agency created by an Act of Congress). While this insurance does not protect against market losses, it does provide a high level of comfort and security in the safekeeping of your assets.

Access to your Legend brokerage account is available to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Access will provide information regarding internal Legend Merchant research and general market developments, and will also serve as a gateway to view your account in “real time”. This option will be made available to you via a secured environment, password protected service. Kindly let us know if you would like us to arrange for this free service. Please note that purchase and sale orders are not accepted online at this time.

Routing and Execution Disclosure Required under Rule 606

Rule 606 of SEC Regulation NMS requires broker-dealers such as Legend Merchant Group, Inc. to publicly disclose quarterly reports of the firm's order routing practices. The report provides information on the routing of "non-directed orders" which is generally defined as any order that the client has not specifically instructed to be routed to a particular venue for execution.
